Thought you guys might be interested,I did not like the aftermarket panels available, and the $100.00 dollar price tag!So I made some templates out of bristol board, copied them on thin sheetmetal.Made up the design and using 1/4 inch high density foam glued the pieces on the metal with contact adhesive. I then took some white vinyl and glued it on. I am happy with the results and it costed me $11.00 dollars including the glue.

Nice work; like the panels; Also weclome to FTE. Keep up the good work. I'm with ya on cost; also the new panels are made very cheaply; but I have to omit I purchase some for my 65. I was to lazy / lacking the brains to fab mine. I did partially decide on black due to the cost of $50 difference between the three avaiable colors at the time.
Nice work..
Hi I just used brushable type contact, I did not have any remnants of the old panels to use as a template,so it made it a little harder making the patern, but was worth it. I will post some better pictures tomorrow.
