Anyone that has this carb... can you look down the top of it and answer me this.. are the fuel bowl vents on either side of the primaries sealed, and the only vent outlet is the small hose port on the passenger side of the carb, or are these ports open as well as the small hose port?

I have a 1407 I can look at, but I don't know if they are the same.

They aren't. Only the 1400 has the bowl vent port for the charcoal tank. I have a 1407 as well. Thanks though.
