Stretched bolts
My heads are both inside .0015,and what I thought was a crack turned out to be a casting flaw! Both gaskets were delaminated so the studs all stretched together.(overloaded with overboost)I tried to post pics but cant find the cable for the camera. The top ring and bore look new so I am a happy man. Its hard to believe how much punishment I put this motor through and the only sign of wear in the motor is those cursed bolts.By the way pulling the gearbox with the truck on the ground is more of a pita than it looks.
