Which 351?

Really sorry for the dumb question. I tried searching but couldn't find the answer.

1989 F150 2wd standard cab, automatic with the 5.8L.

What 351 do I have? M, C, W?

ok trivia... I know that the legendary "C" cleavland, came out of cars most commonly the station wagons, but what is the real diff about the windsor or the michigan? You always seem to hear alot of debating over it and never understood it.
