Well, That is what is going on the Door is hanging up on something for some reason. There is considerable Vacuum there no breaks in the lines- looks like when he had the core replaced years back that the idiot didn't put the dash back together correctly. The bolts were loose and lookes like after time the worked themselves out enough to jamb the door. That dash is a pain in the **** to R&R. Time consuming also. But the heat is fixed just in time for Summer - Bob
