The less color and technical the design the cheaper and easier it will be. I know it sucks but something in a basic outline will work real good. Brenda, you have a picture of your shirts to show, I think they are a great shirt and look awesome

That design you are referring to Frank was done by Patriot Designs. When working with the guy, he said if you go too small the letters are not ledgible. But then again that was for window stickers.

I know it costs more, but IMO I think the hats should be embroidered, or as Frank thought a sewn on embroidered patch.
Maybe that's an idea also, patches to swap with other chapters.

if you all were interested in embroidered hats i could check with the guy at the dover mall... just remember the trademark and copyright laws keep us from some of what we might want to use..
