tire size
i bought 2 27X8.50R14 from the junk yard on some 93 ranger rims for 20 bucks. what would be that size in standard size tire? this is for my 83 ranger. thanks. also will this size throw off my speedo?

Those tires are 215/75R14's, the largest of the three factory tires sizes.(TireRack) You didn't specify too much about your truck so I assumed it was a 2wd. Depending on what size it came with stock, worst case scenario 195/75R14 is about 1" shorter. You may be off by about 5mph @60 or so. My rear snows are about 1" taller and that's how my speedo read.
