F250 Replacing front bumper
I have a 2002 F250 SD, I need to replace the front chrome bumper, has anyone done this? any suggestions or tips? It seems to me so far that I cannot remove all of the plastic trim until I remove the whole bumper, well, that's my guess so far.

4 bolts up front (2 by each tow hook), and one in each wheel well bolting the bumper brace to the spring hanger.
To remove the plastic valance and the lower plastic cover it is easiest with the bumper off the truck.
Very easy to remove the front bumpers on these trucks.
