Seat belt problem....

I have a 2002 supercrew. One of the seatbelts in the back has had some food spilled in it (dry rice, don't ask....) and I need to take it off and clean it. Does anyone know if I can do this myself, and, if so, how?? It currently is not useable since the seat belt won't go in and click.
