HI guys,
Wow a site for ftruck people great.
My Ride is a 1984 F100 modified. It has a 460 BB C6 trans with a clutch pack, Twin gas research throttle body induction, 4x4, 6in suspension lift with 2in body lift, 37in tyres. Modified it myself and I love it.

It sounds like you have a smokin ride with your 1984 F100, with the mods you shouldn`t have any trouble keeping up with traffic!
