Banjo bolts
I am doing a rear drum to disc brake conversion on a 1976 F250 4x4. I got all of the parts that I need for the conversion except for the banjo bolts. The remanufactured calipers are from the front axle of a 1975 Chevrolet K20 4x4 pick-up. I cannot find the banjo bolts to fit these calipers. I tried several auto stores. It looks like 7/16 fine thread but that does not fit and 3/8 is too small. If anyone has done this conversion could you tell me what size fits? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go back to auto parts store, and pick you up a thread pitch gauge. But it sounds like its metric to me. Must have gotten em off a vehicle made in Canada.
Not sure though, haven't gotten into upgrading yet, so haven't had this problem.
Try a 12x16 or 12x18 bolt cant remember metric right off top of my head though.

Went to another NAPA store today and found what I needed. The thread is 7/16-20. The parts guy said that Chevrolet didn't use metric thread until 1977. Thanks for all the help.
