1406 on 351m broken stud
Usually the air cleaner studs arent in that tight.Drill it out down the center for the correct size easy out bit.Screw in the easy out until it bottoms then back it out and hopefully the broken stud will come out with it.Pack the inside of the carb good to prevent burs from the drill getting inside the carb if your doing this on the engine or not.If this doesnt work drill out the entire stud and retap the hole to the correct thread size again .Good luck.
