8.8 Project
Now that the truck drives, the only thing I haven't torn into is the rear end of my 4*4 85 f150. I am buying another 8.8 from a firend with 3.31 ratio. I have 31 10.50s for tires, and a 4spd with the crawler 1st gear behind a 300. I am probably going to do a disc conversion and an eation ls. I have two stock front calipers and plan on making the brackets. Should I weld the rotors to the axles? I know I will need a new proportioning valve for brakes, where can I get this? Any other things I have over looked? I hope to make this as bolt and go as possible, I don't want to take it off the road for too long, as I have just started driving the beast after a year and a half of work.
