Hey New England...say hello to our newest member...49willard!!! 
49willard is from the great state of Maine...it appears that his daily driver is a 2003 Ranger...but he has some interesting stuff in his gallery...including a '49 F100!!! I'll bet he and 48 fordster will have something to talk about!!!
49willard...check out the New England threads and join in the banter!!! Just a word of advice...prepare to have your nuts busted!!!

Thanks for the welcome guys. I participate on the 48-60 Forum. I have owned my 49 F-1, Willard, since 1977. I drove it as a daily for about 10 years after buying it in Ca. It ran a 56 Buick nailhead back then. In fact the previous owner, the dad of a car friend in San Jose, bought Willard in 1962 with the Nailhead installed-it has spent a lot of years on the darkside. The nailhead got tired (I drove it back to New England in 1978 flat towing a Model A Victoria-see pix in my gallery) so I am currently restoring it as a street truck with new suspension-Jag IFS front and 9 inch rear with new power, an AOD, air heat and cruise.
My daily is a 2003 Ranger 4.0 4wd extended cab. My earliest interests in Fords and an early picture can be seen in my gallery. I think that I was about 2 years old. An yes that is the rear of a 32 coupe in the backround-our family car!

Ya I have seen 49Willard on the 48-60 fourm so i thought i would ask him to join the NE chapter.
Sunday at the bball hall of fame? I will have to see. not sure yet.
