4x4 hub locks help!

4x4 hub locks help!
Ok 95 4x4,auto hubs with 3 screw cap. Want to change to manual. Bought the warn hubs AND the kit as sugested for the 3 screw cap(lock washers & nuts).
Problem is when I took out the auto stuff I noticed that there were NONE of the 3 thrust washers OR the C ring that goes in the slot about a inch and half from the outter end of the shaft. The auto hubs were inop when I bought the truck. Now are those needed and if so where can I get them.
