Good Thermostat temp without wear problems?

Sorry to ask an old question again, but I can't remember what a good thermostat temp is for the 351-400. I know that if it's too low, you get accelerated wear, but how low is low? I got a 195, and I'm wondering if a 180 may be better or too low. Opinions?

If you search the post I think you will find the 195 degree to be the preferable temperature.
