The 6.0 tranny cooler, aside from adapting the lines, is a direct drop-in.

I went with a tru cool 4739 from diesel site a while back, this was before the 6.0 cooler came to life. If I where doing it again, I'd just opt for a 6.0 transmission cooler and replace the other all together.
