Warming up?

Do we dare to hope this forecast for Saturday, windy but only a low of -5 and a high minus 2 comes true?

Man that would be awesome! I still have this weekend off and hopefully it stays that way. Maybe I'll go outside for a while.

We're supposed to get 20cm's of snow starting tonight some time, looking like a snow day tomorrow.

Most of the snow is supposed to miss us for the most part. Go figure, Bobcat is plugged in and waiting. I can remember large amounts of snow every winter when we had nothing to remove it with. Our country roads were more like trails and would be plugged for months at a time....

Normal?
It`s hard to say but Feb can still be pretty darn cold, in the -20`s and abit milder for March with the odd cold spell and blizzards. I don`t get too excited till late March/early April.

You have that same problem with your wife too. When I say the wife she gets upset. So I have to remember to say my wife. Which to me sounds like I call her as property. She says the wife is demeaning.
Anyways the weather. Next few days are still to get to -27 overnight til Friday. Then whoo hoo for the weekend. too bad I will be in a Dart tornament for cancer on Saturday with my Daughter as a team mate.

That's a good one SA069. On the weather side here today SNOW and later today more snow. My sisterinlaw phoned at 6:30 this morning stuck in the ditch and wanted me to come right away. Her truck was still running so I told her I would be there when I got there. I had to blow the driveway out then the street so I could get out of town. I barely got out of town and their was a car in the ditch, so me and another guy pulled her out. A long story short, we pulled three people out of the ditch in 2 miles, one was going to keep on going but we blocked her way and made her turn around.
