clunking noise, ball joints?

i have a 95 f150 351, ive noticed latley every time i turn hard or quick there is a single clunk noise that i hear, i thought it could be a loose part on the exhasut hitting something but when i checked it it nothing was loose, some one said ball joints were the problem, any suggestions of what i could be

When turning ball joints would be my first thought, however you may want to check the sway bar endlinks and shock mounts as well.

Yea jack the front axle up and shake the wheel up and down, see if you have any play in them.

yea that makes sense to check the sway bar too, thanks for the help, mcuh appreciated
