Help with steering.

I have an 89 f250 4x4. When I turn all the way it feels like my tire is moving up and down and it feels like it "humps". Thats the best way I can describe it. What could it be? Just had ball joints replaced not even 2000 miles ago.

no i dont think so. last time i checked they were in the unlocked position

running 33.12.50.16.5 and no they dont rub.
