Front Receiver - 2008 SD

Hey All,
Does anyone know if there is someone who is making a "behind the bumper" front receiver for the '08 Super Duties? It seems like all the major brands (Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch & Curt) are all making the front receivers that are BELOW the front bumper requiring significant trimming of the front air dam, which is not a desired option.

Thanks,
CM

Are you looking for one that mounts higher?

Yes, I am looking for one that mounts below the tow hooks mounts on the frame horns and comes out through the factory hole in the center of the bumper. At one time they were making these for the earlier (2003-2005) F250-F350's.

I'm not looking for something rated extremely high. I'm just looking for it as a utility point more than anything else (cooler rack, service step, hitch carrier, etc).

They even make receiver license plate mounts for this type of application.

Thats what I thought. I am uncertain who makes these, and it sounds like you have looked in the avenues I would have. Wish I could help you. Some one here had a post on a hitch like this. I remember seeing a pic of it. I can't remember if he made this himself or if he found one from a manufacturer.

See this thread for our appraoch to this problem. We use this as a hard point for the winch, since the plows get in the way of a center mount:
