2002 7.3 engine
I will parting out a 2002 powerstroke engine.
I can trade some parts for 2005 grille bumper or wheels.

No , I just pull it out of the truck. everything is on the engine. I can see the broken rod trough the holes.

Well, if it was only the rod and oil pan, it could be rebuilt. It would be a major overhaul, but as long as the block and the crank are good, it can be done. It may be cheaper and definitely faster to just drop another one in.
But, I would be more concerned about why the piston seized in the first place, which is usually why the rods break. Was it due for an oil change? What kind of oil do you use? What were you doing when it happened?
