more like a compote.. Its just 4oz of mixed berries, and 6oz on straight vodka. Its been sitting for almost 3 months. I'm figuring this summer, I'll toss the works into the freezer to get really cold, and then I'll make a slushie drink...

For that to be effective, the watermellon has to sit full of alcohol for at least 2 weeks in a refrigerated or very cold enviorment and it takes 2 40's to fill a descent sized mellon.

better way, it take a whole orange (or any citrus fruit) and a syringe and fill your orange full of booze (about 1/2 a 26er) then put orange in sealable jar, and let sit....

my favorite is fresh or frozen mixed fruit, soaking in a jar of alcohol.

My wife's dad was a drinker until his bypass thing. They said it would give him 6 good years. He's doubled that now. My parents one drink a day before supper.

I could put it away pretty good in my younger days. Now a couple beers is my max in one sitting.

When I was in my mid 20's I worked as a DJ in Kamloops. I could pack them away pretty easy. I would usually start my night out with a Pitcher of Long Island, and have it filled 2 or 3 times thru the night. I did that job for 3 years, I dont drink much now. A 6 pack will last me a week easy.

When I became "legal", my buddies and I closed Doc's Pub (the Blue Boy) maybe 3 nights a week for months straight. When that place closed down for good, we closed the Fraser Arms the same way. Losing a couple jobs makes a guy smarten up though...

Only job I ever lost because of stupidity, was when I had a boss accuse me of stealing, it turned out it was his son, and when I asked for an appology, He looks at me and said "For what, I dont owe you an appology" I said your right, I owe you one, and I punched him in the face a couple of times, and then said I was sorry.
