1974 FORD 4 X 4 voltage regulator\charge prob.

battery wont charge and wiring been rigged, can anyone help the voltage reg plug has been changed and most wiring from alt. looks chewed up need help bad getting burnt out

thanks ill get back on it one thing the voltage reg has 4 prongs -3 together and one other which one is the I orF thanks again
