brake pedal
got a question when the weather is cold and i push the brake pedel it starts leaking air. i can here it in the cab and under the hood by the master. anyone else have or had this problem any ideas for a fix. its a 87 f-150.

When you replace the booster, look for any evidence of the master cylinder leaking into the booster. If so, it would be wise to go ahead and replace the master cylinder as well. Brake boosters tend to fail rapidly if the master cylinder leaks any brake fluid into them.

i dont think its leaking into the booster i am not losing any fluid from the master atleast not yet anyhow

It's more than likely just time to replace the booster, as the rubber is just plain "done". I was just saying that when you have it apart, look it over.
