i have a 1993 F 150 that had an E40D! The Front pump Seal Went out and fried my first gear and i Am going to put a new trans in it! i have heard that a c6 will bolt right up and also heard u my nee driveline work! is this true?

The E is electronic. The engine will be looking for the trans through the engine computer. You will have difficulty making the engine run correctly w/o a signal from the trans.
will need an ecu from a stick truck
as noted above no over drive
would only consider this for an around town truck
hiway use would kill you with out a gear swap in the rear
