Printed circuit or bulb check?

Printed circuit or bulb check?
Is there a way to check the current to the printed circuit? My dash lights, the ones on the circuit, aren't working. I don't know if the bulbs are good or not. I do know that they were working a couple of weeks ago, and the amp and oil guages work.
