2003 F250 SD 4x4; V10; 6 sp.; manual hubs & transfer case; all heavy-duty options, sway bars, air springs, etc.; carries a 2000lb. camper, often on rough, dusty roads in Baja.
This is the first "modern" truck I have ever owned; it's nearing 70k miles, and I'd like to know what to expect in terms of what's gonna need attention in the next year or two. Do these motors hold up? What about the hubs/running gear? Any sensors or other electronics need to be tested/replaced?
I'm running E-range 265/75 16 Pro Comp AT's - would it be any more stable with 285's? THANKS GUYS!

Reason: title needs to be more specific
Change the plugs at about 80-90k. Fun. . Ball joints and front wheel bearings. Serp belt, check idlers for noise. Truck should be real stable with stock tires. Whats wrong?
Great motor...Good luck. And welcome to the site..
Thanks, Dick - Plugs have been done. Front hubs are non-serviceable units, so I'm thinking of upgrading to the Dynatrac replacements. As for the stability question, it may be just because my new camper is taller and about 500lbs. heavier than the old one. Roof doesn't leak, though! -Dave
