Shift points for a 95

Shift points for a 95
Got a good deal on a 95 dually yesterday. CC long bed, leather interior, tv, cd, mp3, remote, remote doorlocks, power windows and locks, 150k miles, new tires, 6637 plus it has gagues. I tried to reprogram the shift points for it, but no luck. What am I missing? are 95s able to have shift points reprogrammed like every other year in the world, or am I just doing something wrong?
