Came across an article on 'how to installl p/s in 65-72 ibean pickup, unfortunately, the article is in another Ford truck forum. If you run a google search " the 67-72 Ford pickup resource" open up the web site and go to the home page and should see it on the list of article. Also, the topic has come up on numberous occasions in the 61-66 forum, if you run a search on topic and narrow search to this forum you should find several threads on the topic.

Paul, Unfortunately the Bendix is the only direct swap and undesirable by most here. The other is the Saginaw gear that was used in the years that you posted. Swapping to this gear requires swapping the column also. I run a 76 in my 66 so it isn't a big deal. The dash cuffs are different and swapping that gives you a better finish. At present I am running longer bolts.
There are some wiring issues, but they can easily be sorted out.
