Hey all,

Any advice on a good code reader? I think it would be a handy tool to have around.

I use the Autotap. Software is loaded on my laptop. It has the electronics that plug into the OBD II. I bought the extended functions for Ford and Dodge. I can read any vehicle with description of the problem. I can also watch the sensors as it is running and record runs. I just need to learn what the normal readings are for each sensor. It is a doesn't catch all the sensor for our trucks, but it works pretty well.
