Exclamation UH-OH more codes

I recently pulled the codes from my 92 f150 302 5.0L VIA the testlight way because my truck has a gut less top end ,I came up with codes 327 & 328. 327 says DPFE or EVP circuit below minimum voltage of 0.2 volts. And 328 says EVP circuit below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts. I also recently found out that my passanger side exhaust manifold is broken right above where the exhaust pipe is connected, could this in any way be causing my computer to read these codes? If not what else could it be, any ideas?

the leaking manifold does not help the engine and is the first thing i would fix.
