1969 429 ci

Hello, I usually am looking in the 61 to 79 pickup postings. But recently I found a 1969 429 ci, factory 4bbl Holly. I was thinking if it could go into one of my 4x4's, (77,78,another 78 and a 79 2wd)I would get rid of the old 351/400 m's. But sounds like to much work.
I looked tonight at some of the postings for the bigblock motors, and decided that maybe I should sell. It will need a overhaul I am sure since it has been sitting for a year and a half. It does have 120 k on it also. What is it worth if I were to sell (reasonable price), it also still has the tranny attached. But no aircleaner.

any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin in Northwest Iowa.

i gave 100$ for a 73 429 with two c 6 trannys. from a friend. your 429 would be worth more, probably three or four times what i gave for mine, in my area.
