I wish I had a tape/cd case in mine but that wouldnt do me much good without a radio......... I have a sweet utility bed that was made by reading that slides right in a pickup im putting on come hay making season. I couldn't beat the price....free!
behind the seat there are speakers, and army bag with brake fluid, ps fluid, a very little dust broom for the carpet and bandages.
In the bed there are chains, a 50Ib sledge hammer, come-alongs- trap extension cords and a air hose. I don't even remember whats in the job box I think a skill saw drill some lights. Theres a bit more but I too need to go look.
in cab fan belts ,adjustable wrench,screwdriver,pliers In the tool box I have a 30 ft strap,jumper cables,couple clevises,tranny fluid,oil,anti freeze,funnel,rags two rachet straps,wood blocks(jack isn't tall enough with my tires),trailer hitch inserts,lug wrench and a hammer.
Gloves, flashlight, small wrench set and screwdrivers, wire cutters, cds, oil, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and a small bottle of wild turkey
Since we're going that route I keep some Makers Mark behind mine. Not that I drink and drive at all, we dont need to go there but a nips nice when its cold out.

Flashlight and a jumper pack because jumper cables are only useful if there are two cars. I also have paper clips. Found out these were useful when I had a cheap shifter fall apart. Also extra points and condenser. CB radio. A large wrench in case someone gets rowdy LOL. Ice scraper
