1961 F-600....Help
Hello folks, I just bought a 1961 F-600 dump truck 4x4
and already need some help.
It is a great truck but the front end starts to shake very bad by the time you reach 30mph. I need to replace both tie rod ends.
Here is the problem....My tie rod measure 1 1/2 inches diameter and 7 inches long..... but Napa and several other places tell me that they only show tie rods that are 7/8 inch by about 3-4 inches.
Mine are huge compared to those. Should I look for tie rods for a larger model??? Where would be a good source for these or could I cross them to a different truck???
