Passing Emissions Trick
If you need to pass an emissions inspection and have an evap code 14443 or EGR code and have tried everything If you clear the code start your truck and drive it for 30 miles. Now heres the important part you must have the inspector run the test without shutting off the engine because once you shut it off and start it again the computer will pick up the codes. Your check engine light will come back on within 5 miles once you resart your engine but by then youve passed your inspection and your free from tickets for the next year and maybe by some luck you will have the problem fixed by next year but dont hold your breath this is a code that doesnt like to go away
