engine swap

I have a 2000 f150 4x2 w/ a 4.2L 5speed and want to swap a 2007 4.6L auto from an '07 F150 4x2. Can anyone tell me what will be needed from the doaner vehicle and what will need to be purchased seperatly, ie dash, steering column etc...

The motor and tranny, computer, and the wiring harness, you'll probably need the driveshaft too.
