What Modification?
I just got a 4" s/s magnaflow turbo back for my 2004 6.0 will this fit? I have heard you may need to do something with a pinch weld, bend or trim? I need to know if I need any special tools nippers, etc. It does not say anything in the instructions about this. Thanks for your help.

pgjeepster, I'm just new to this forum, but I think what you heard was for old body style rigs. I had a 97 stroker and that was something you had to do to it. But I don't know about our superduty rigs

I should have been a bit more specific the pinch weld or ridge is supposedly on the firewall. I am not too sure if it is a problem with my year/model I just heard if you go with the 4" down pipe it's a really tight fit and some modification may be in order. Once again not sure if mine applies thought someone had done it and may know any tricks. Is there room to swing a hammer?
