Has anyone had any issues with their battery? I have had to jump my truck off 3-4 times this past year. Once it is jumped off it is fine for 2-3 months. If it sets for 2 days it won't start. I have checked it for a draw on the battery and it does not have one. My truck is 13 months old and I have 19500 miles will Ford replace the battery?
I would take it to the dealer and explain it to them. It could be the battery or something faulty in the charging system. They should be able to figure it out. I would think it is still under warranty...
If you have access to a different battery, I would throw it in and see what happens. I usually carry a spare in the truck bed, and have used it twice this yr to help somebody out. And maybe some day it will get me home too. You never know, especially the peace of mind it gives you when your 300 m from home and in the mountains at 10,000'.

As an ex-parts manager and warranty administrator, YES Ford will warranty the battery if that's what is at fault. Take it to your local Ford dealer (hopefully where you bought it) and let them take a look at it.
Had my 07 six months old in the shop this week for the same thing. They replaced the battery. They put in a standard battery and not the HD , only 540 CCA said the HD was optional and was not part of the tow package. I hope it holds up better then the six months from the first one.
It wouldn't shock me a bit if they can't find a problem with it. Batteries can test fine and still have internal problems that make them drain out too fast.
The 540 OE battery is just too small for my comfort, so I'll get around to buying a Duralast Gold eventually. Got one in the Ranger that is over 8 years old now and has only the slightest hint of weakness when the temps get into the single digits.
In either my manual, or some of the truck paperwork, it says my '05 with tow package comes with the bigger battery. 540 isnt much, out here in the summertime, with the air cond, you would have probs.

i agree... i had mine in the shop last week for battery issues, and they said it was fine, and didnt throw the "magic" code on the tester for ford to replace it. so, they deep charged it, and sent me home.......
but i did notice that the little eyeball window is red....... doesnt this mean its bad???
