Awesome! Wait till you get the exhaust put on, your going to LOVE it! next you are going to need to save and buy a tuner and see what your truck can really do.

I also just got the Fumoto valve and im ready for an oil change..

Any other tips or suggestions?

I deffinitley want to pull/clean and unplug my egr

What do you all recommend for a tuner?

I have the money for it. I dont want to go nuts and jeaprodize the integrity of my trucks life but I do want to kick it up a notch.

I tow a show car on a 26' trailer a lot and I plow a lot also.

Any suggestions?

SCT tunes from Matt is the best way to go. I'd also do the CCV reroute mod. If your truck is an '03-'04 I'd also take out the butterfly throttle plate from the intake. I just did both those mods on my truck. Truck runs better then when I got it used.
