Lean codes
I have a 1998 ranger 4.0 L V-6 4X4 with 160,00 miles. REcently the "Check Engine" light came on. When I checked the ODB II codes P0171 and P0174 showed. My ODB reader allows engine data to be reviewed while running. The "Short Term Fuel Trim" on B1S2 shows 99% with no change as RPM is raised. The same item for B1S1 shows 3-7 %. Does this mean I have a plugged fuel injector?

It is possible to understand with freeze frames. If codes appere under the full load, you may have clogged fuel filter, small filter of fuel sender, bad fuel pump, clogged injectors....
Else, if you have this code at idle ore with not more then 20-30% load, you may have bad MAF, vacuum leack throught loosen clamps ore cracked air intake, TB, manyfold...
