bosch platinum +4's

The Platinums, which run for around $1.99, I have noticed to seem to stay cleaner longer when running the engine hard.. Dont know if this applies to you, but hey..
Wires.. My advice is invest in a good set. I recommend the MSD Super Conductor wires. They advertise a 50-ohm/foot resistance, and a "factory" wire is between 2000 and 5000 ohm/foot. I tested a few, and found that they are indeed 50 ohm/foot....Wow, an advertisement that was right! I noticed serious mileage gains when installed, and engine never ran better.
Good luck!

Something to think about is the Bosch platinum +4's, or any other platinum plug, will not burn up. They will keep on firing long after there is a whole in the top of your piston or other nasty things that happen when we run our engines to lean... The .99 cent Autolite will melt before other components and stop firing thus saving your piston ect. I have always felt that a good non-platinum plug (I like the Autolite) kept clean and gapped and changed regularly... Will perform just fine and you get the added insurance of a circuit breaker of sorts to protect you from sensor or computer failures and cheap gas... Comments folks?
