trying to find gears....
ok so im in the market for gears as well but this is mostly for a freind of mine.he has a 2003 6.0 4x4 f350 37 tires 8 in lift and he was looking at 4.56 gears but they asked him if it was a short shaft or long shaft.i havent a clue.how would he even find this out? and this was from 4wheelparts.com. does anyone know of a place to order gears online that may be a lil easier.he is looking for 4.56 gears and install kit front and rear of course. if im correct he should have a danna 60 front and ford 10.5 rear jus like our year models right?well thanks for the help again guys.i always appreciate it..... also he has an account on here and when he logs in he cant do anything.it tells him to verify his account by email and he did that.and he does it everytime he gets on and still nothing.if anyone on here is an administrater and could help it would be great. thank you. his login on here is yamahayzman23j i think. again thanks to all.

I use Randy's ring and pinion references, great site.
I'm not sure but I believe the short yoke is for '92 and older Ford 10.25" and 10.5"
the long yoke for '93 and newer Ford 10.25" and 10.5"
