I got mine from a guy sellin old 351c parts. Found him in Quick Times a local race type rag mag distributed at the local parts stores. Not sure whiat older Motorsports you are refering to but the ones offered nowadays are probably the nicest available. For older style you just have to be patient and on the look-out. Mine are Cal Custom finned aluminum which have grown on me. My brother has a set of Holley's Which would look better if he polished them LOL. Not sure when they stopped producing either and havent seen any other "old school" type out there. I just don't really like any that are offered nowadays. Well that I could find anyways.

Another "Old School" option would be the Mickey Thompson finned aluminum. They are stamped "351C" on the inside, but obviously are 8 bolt and fit the 351M/400 as well.

Those are what i have on my 400. Found them in the back of an old ranchero in a junkyard and ended up getting them for free. You have to use the thick valve cover gaskets with these ones or they WILL leak oil..
