ford blue paints
im am in the process of re-vamping my engine. what are good engine paints. i am going to be spraying with a gun. on the internet all i find is por 15 ford corparate blue. Do i have any other options? the por 15 doenst really say its high temp either? i am really looking to make my engine clean and neat appearing.

I'm sure someone will have a good reccomendation for spraying with a gun. Personally I just used some ford blue paint that you get in spray can at Autozone. Worked out well except in a few spots where i missed cleaning a bit but they aren't that noticeable.

It really doesn't have to be high temp. I painted mine 3 years ago on my daily driver with yellow automotive paint and it still looks good. I am running aluminum heads though. I think as long as the prep work is good it will stay.
