I'm waiting to see what they do with Joe Horn. The Harris county DA has problems right now, he erased some e-mails violating a court order, and the blacks are screaming for his head, and it may roll. So it may be a while with Horn.

Another no-bill for a shooting that happened around the same time as Horn and Southworth. I thought this one would probably go to trial, but I guess the Grand Jury had more facts than were reported.

Yep. Same one. Some claim they included racist jokes. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, who is black, has asked the feds to investigate. She claims because he is racist, he probably put many blacks in jail on trumped up charges. She does this kind of thing for publicity. She attends funerals of people she doesn't know in order to be seen, and keep her name out front. A real piece of work. jd
