Clockspring Question
I just bought a '99 Ford F-150 4X4. Here's the situation:
1. Horn does NOT work.
2. Cruise control does NOT work.
3. Airbag works fine.
4. Horn/cruise relay in engine compartment is good.
5. Cruise control recall performed already.
Could the clockspring be bad, even though the airbag is still functional?
