72,000 miles. Three window regulators and a bad vibration when pulling a trailer. They put a shim kit on the drive shaft and it helped some. And a rattle somewhere in the rear seat area that comes and goes. All in all am very pleased with the truck.

On the other end of the scale, I have 11,000m on my '05. (Bought it 1 yr ago with 3500m on it). Nothing has yet quit working or has been replaced.

Front rotor problems many, many miles ago.
Other than that, not a single problem.

75k miles, no problems other than the IWE solenoid and some stupid abs sensor that got wet during a wash and fried. I haven't done spark plugs yet, so that'll be fun.

07' 5.4 9k not a single issue....just have good feeling about this truck its built great

I know a guy that does mobile bodywork such as repairing scratches and repainting bumpers all from the back of his truck he does great work and he has an early build 04' f-150 crew lariat 155,000 miles only had to replace the turn signal stalk because he spilled coffee on it and it shorted out the wiring

48,000 miles, trans failed at 9,500 miles and was rebuilt. Hi-mount breaklight replaced for leaking. Been a good truck since.
