What the heck are they building out across the highway from sask place?
Im talking out across the highway on the left hand side of the highway when your heading to North Battleford, not quite as far as Redhead, or the flamans dealer.
Your guess is as good as mine, there`s too much going on to try keeping track lately.
I keep hearing that most of that area is being devloped for an industrial park the same as from 60th Street all the way to 71 along Miller Ave.
It would be nice to find the right part of the Saskatoon City web site for this type of info.
I`m not real sure that the city expanding this much this fast is all that cool, I`m hating the increased traffic already and there`s alot more to soon come.
I like the idea the city is expanding, but I can see why you guys dont.
I try not to head into the city alot, maybe a couple times a week, and if you head in at the right time of day the traffic isnt bad, but there is always the exceptions.
For every inch that the city expands, my property skyrockets in value. Although I dont intend to sell it anytime soon, it sure does make me feel good about my purchase
Yeah thats a good thing housing is going up so if you bought property or a house your good to go i wouldnt mind if i was out of the city so i could have a break
the problem is that property "just out of town" is now worth as much or more than property in the city. a lot of people would love to live just outside. makes guys like preppy very rich if they sell at the right time.
I have some land closer to the city plus where I live. I don`t really want to part with any of it, it`s a great buffer zone. The city gets closer every year and we can`t move farther out. We need to be close to health care for Nancy (and who knows, probably soon enough for me too).
Hopefully you or nancy doesnt need health care at all in the future. I like the distance you are from the city where you live now Morris, thats like the perfect distance.
