Engine suggestions
Ok need some opinions on a engine. I have a '64 F100 with a 223 w/ 3spd. I want to put in a automatic for ease of drivability. I am looking forsomething with enough gurth to pull my car trailer with my '66 F100 on it. So im leaning towards either a 300 ci or 302 ci both probably with a C6 or C4. BUT...............I must ad that this truck will be my daily driver and drive almost 80 miles to work everyday. Plus what could I do to beef up the rear springs to handle the weight of my car trailer and truck. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
